1、独立组织完成产品开发工作和控制开发过程中的成本，质量和时间。

2、客户交付:根据与内外部客户确认的时间节点,确保无缺陷交付
customer delivery: ensure the defect-free delivery according to the confirmed time schedule with internal and external customer
3、支持报价及va/ve活动
support project quotation and vave activities
4、确保在njtc的开发流程框架下管理项目
ensure the project management in the framework of njtc development process
5、参与流程改进和经验教训总结.
participate in process improvement and lesson learned
6、项目工程更改管理:管理和控制项目工程更改，确保满足或超越项目工程更改的目标
project change management: manage the project cr and ensure to meet or exceed the project targets
7、对新员工进行辅导, 协作主管开展项目管理
coach the new comers, assist the supervisor to manage the project
任职要求：
1、具有5年或以上汽车行业相关经验以及3年以上相关项目管理经验
more than 5 years’ experience of automotive industry, 3 years of the relevant project management experience
2、具有项目管理知识和丰富的项目经验，熟悉项目管理方法和工具，比较深入了解汽车电子产品功能模块和软件开发流程
have project management knowledge and rich project experience
familiar with the methods and tools of project management
deep understand the automotive electronic products function modules and software development process
3、熟悉ts16949和qs9000质量体系，了解iso14000标准
familiar with ts16949 and qs9000 quality system，knowledge of iso14000 standards
4、熟悉公司产品开发vpds和cmmi流程
familiar with vpds and cmmi process
5、勇于承担责任，善于沟通和激励
take responsibility, be good at communication and motivation
